Dentists

Dr Jeremy Norris B.D.S. (Syd Uni)

Since moving to Noosa from Sydney over 15 years ago Jeremy has been one of the coasts most loved dentists and Noosa Dental has developed into one of the most successful practices on the Sunshine Coast.  With a keen thirst for all things modern, Jeremy is always looking for new technology and methods to provide his patients with the highest possible standard of diagnosis and treatment.

When not attending to his patients, you can find the ever energetic Jeremy trying to catch a wave, running through the national park, organising triathlons or enjoying a coffee along the river.

Dr Andy Meek B.D.S

Dr Andy Meek had the pleasure of joining the Noosa Dental team in June 2009 after moving from the UK.  With over 24 years’ experience Andy is excited to be able to utilise state of the art equipment to be able to give his patients the highest possible standard of dentistry.

On his days off you can find Andy enjoying the idyllic scenery of the surrounding hinterlands on the back of his motorbike or sipping a glass of full bodied red with a book in his hand.

Hygienists

Jason Birch (Dip D.H)

Jason Birch represents the KIWI branch of the practice. He has been with Noosa Dental since 2006, as a Dental Hygienist. Jason is originally from Hamilton, New Zealand and studied Dental Hygiene at The Otago Universities School of Dentistry. Jason is a registered Dental Hygienist who is qualified in all Dental Hygiene procedures, including intra and extra oral radiographs. Jason is kept very busy with his long patient list, but always welcomes the opportunity to treat new patients.

Jo Birch (Dip D.H)

 Jo Birch is the other half of the KIWI branch of the practice. She graduated from Otago Polytech University in New Zealand in 1999 and has over 15 years’ experience in the dental industry.  Jo began as a Dental Assistant in London, and then worked as a Dental Receptionist and Practice Manager in New Zealand before going to train as a Dental Hygienist.

Jo has experience working in several specialist practices including orthodontics and periodontics. She also worked as a clinical tutor at Otago University.
She enjoys all aspects of Dental Hygiene, but specialises in working with children and cosmetic dentistry i.e. whitening.

             Our motto “start with a healthy smile” really says it all.
